Pre-mix preparation
When planning process systems for the production of ointments and creams Brinox focuses especially on process innovation in dispersion and dissolution of active ingredients and the shortening of the dispersion time.
In addition to simple processes we provide:
- dosing of the fat phase (petroleum jelly),
- melting,
- adjusting the temperature,
- transfer of the fat phase into a mixer/homogeniser,
- CIP/SIP and drying of equipment.
Mixing, homogenisation
Process devices for producing creams, ointments, gels and emulsions are suitable for production of products with a lower or higher viscosity. We provide the required conditions (vacuum, temperature) and controlled mixing and blending of powder substances.
